Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We do not offer refunds! All sales are final!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within two (2) days if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the hair (bundles, closures, and frontals) has been tampered with- i.e bleached, dyed, permed, or cut we will not accept any exchanges.
Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order as we are unable to make changes to orders that are placed in our system. We will not issue refunds for wrong addresses on your part.
Pure Lux Tresses reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.
Only if we sent the wrong item and you decide you don't want a replacement, we will issue a refund for the item and request the item back.
Order Processing Time
Our order processing time frame is 7-10 business days, this does not include weekend and holidays. Processing time frame for wigs takes 25-30 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up to 30-40 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.
At Pure Lux Tresses we strive to maintain high quality hair. Once your order is placed, a member of our team begins to prepare your order by initiating our quality assurance process before items are sent out to our customers.
Shipping
Once the quality assurance process is complete your order will be shipped out. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days [this does not include weekend and holidays] for your order to arrive - this will vary based on customers location. Please note that the shipping time does not include order processing time.
All international customers are responsible for any extra cost [i.e., taxes or custom fees] associated in order to receive package.
Please expect shipping delays during holidays, sales, natural disasters, and pandemics.
Stolen and Lost Packages
Pure Lux Tresses is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Unfortunately we are unable reimburse stolen or lost packages.
